Well u can go the restorer route...
OR u can wash the dash down good and make sure its oil free and then use
Black Vinyl Bumper paint(can be found at most canadian tire's)... that's
what I used on my dash and let me tell u something it looks tits! (just
like a brand new factory dash).

I LOVE Meguiars vinyl and rubber cleaner/restorer... At O'Reillys, it
is the
more expensive $8.00 bottle, but other chains will prolly have it as
well. Do
not get the cheaper bottle, as it is literally a watered down version of
the
original...
