Bolt size for Neuspeed 2-pt lower tie bar?

Yes - it is. I know you would need the same diameter and thread pattern, I
just don't know how much longer it needs to be.

Let me add I have none of these parts in front of me and happen to be
hitting PepBoys on the way home...
