Yes, I have replaced many sleeves. No need to replace unless the original is dented or bent. It
comes out by prying; I usually destroy to remove. The new one taps in - I might use a little
Permatex #2 and a short section of 2x4. It doesn't take much force to install.

The kit should have outer seal, inner seal, and new circlip. Use a socket and extension to
install the inner seal - careful here. Just get it square into the bore, no further than
necessary, and resist using silicon. As before, a smear of Permatex #2 before installing is all
that's possibly required. Or nothing.

I sometimes press the outer seal in with my fingers or by lightly tapping on a 2x4. Flush to the
sleeve / bore is fine.

AFA tools, you need a flange compressor and circlip pliers. You can hack together a flange
compressor easy enough but you NEED the circlip pliers, unless you're a masochist.
