Need a quick and easy measurement from someone with a normal MkI

Just looking for the distance from the ground, to the bottom of the front 
and rear
bumpers.  And what I mean by normal, is a MkI with a stock type suspension
not lifter or sagging or lowered.  I'm not looking for absolute precision 
here, but a
decent measurement is needed for the rotisserie.
