4k trans r&p ratio
What you're really after is the ratio of the diameters (just like you
would be with a pair of pulleys with a belt between them), but counting
teeth works because the number of teeth is just the diameter multiplied by
some number (the teeth are a fixed width, otherwise they wouldn't mesh
properly).
