Ugliest Honda ever?

Not that I speak from experiance but I once saw a writeup on this in
CarCraft.  you install a spark plug in your car and hook it up to a button
or switch in your dash.  It seemed that when you turned it on it also made
the fuel mixture rich and turned on the spark plug which resulted in flames.
However, the spark plug wasn't always on.  

BTW: that honda is ugly but at least it has some effort and originallity in
it.  I wouldn't mind taking my time to check it out just to see what all he
did and what the different pieces are from.

Speaking of flames out the exhaust, my friend tried to convince me forever
to install spark plugs in my exhaust pipe so when I stomped it, flames would
shoot out. I don't know if it would work, but it didn't sound like a good
idea. Is that an urban legend or does it really work? I was afraid of
backpressure possibly causing a spark to go the opposite direction that I
wanted it to. Dan

BTW, I think this guy is still looking for a way to get flames to shoot out
of the exhaust like the 2 Fast and 2 Furious movie cars. My suggestion is
to toss gasoline all over it, light it and drive it over a cliff. Now that
