Possible purchase - comments desired

I am in the market for a hot little Scirocco and this one has my eye:

Mainly because for the next few years I don't anticipate being able to 
easily do much 'gut' or heavyduty work on any Sciroccos (or any cars for 
that matter).  So this meets much of my needs/desires.

QUESTION: I need pros/cons of a digifant conversion that has been done 
for this thing.  It's running a BahnBrenner fuel rail and has an AMC 
chip in it.

Funny thing, but for now money is not a big issue.  But this thing suits 
me.  My concern is the Digifant stuff, which I am not familiar with.

So, fire away.
