have to re-tap to M12-1.50, but that's 5 minutes.  Cost: $3.52.  Looks stark and mean, like Mike
Tyson.

shift boots:  Spare naugahyde and a sewing machine.  30 minutes.  Use contrasting colored thread
for the suspr fast euro look.  Cost: almost free.
