Need Help from NY listers

I am at my wits end with this E-brake.....is anybody out there in NY that
can **GET** me an inspection sticker?

I may just start randomly picking out small garages to see if it will pass
but what a waste of time and money!!

I am sure the answer is probably no but I have to try...and since Cincy is
coming up I will see everyone.
