I need more Rear Disc E-brake help!!!! and a VENT

Man.......I always end up regretting the fact that I did not check the
Bentley first. On a side note my Bentley got soaked on my garage floor this
winter. It is now twice as thick extra soft and has some interesting colors
to it. It gives it character and makes it a better seat cushion.

Also I guess this procedure explains why there is what looks like a bleeder
hole on the back of the caliper...I assume there will be fluid coming out of
it as I do this

thanks for the help!!

alright, Bentley explains how to SET your ebrakes afetr a caliper change but
here is the short version

press on brake pedal, cranks up and down the hand brake until the pedal
drops down (it will or should) when it does, let the peal go and presss on
it again, crank the hand brake again... should set the ebrake in about 8-12
repetitions.

it is normal for the ebrakes btw to be "loose" , bentley says pump hand
brake 40 times...lol

and yes I have had a new reman caliper that provided no ebrake (A1 brakes)
before... rather frustrating , still have one ebrake that works..lol I need
to swap the caliper one day.

=>I have done some more investigation and have some more questions about my
=>now operational E-brake. The calipers were just replaced on warranty from
=>the local Advance Auto Parts I removed the cables from the
=>brakes and they
=>move fine so the cables are not the issue. I then removed the return
