another wiring question

Cool, so if I wanted something to start when the car starts, I want to splice into the red wire correct?

Red/Black: to system after the switch. Only active during start position. 
(Starter etc)
Black: Switched 12v
Brown/Red: seat belt warning buzzer
Black/yellow: 12v on run only, load reduction relay.
