Help needed on electric issue (Light and wiper!)

Then this mean that my load reduction relay is working, so this isn't my
problem!! :(

It's shouldn't. The purpose of the load reduction relay is to turn them
off
when you crank the starter. This allows all of the available electricity
to
be directed to the starter and the ignition circuit.
