Engine overheating problems??

I just talked to the guy that will rebuild my 16v 2.0l engine, at the same 
time I have decided that I might bore my engine out to a 2.1l and getting 
bigger valves, maybe raising the compression to 11:1. He said that he would 
bore it out to a safe spec, but that it might start overheating or running 
hotter then it does. Anyone have any problems with this? If so what you 
recommend for a bigger radiator or somthing to cool it better??
