Each wheel bearing is comprised of an inner and outer bearing so it is
possible that only the right side of the left bearing is bad and it only
rumbles in a left turn. Not a common occurrence but still possible.

it could be possible for the left wheel bearing to make noise when turning
left? Maybe yours wore opposite of most. Just a hunch.
