OT- nonRoc, OBD-II scanners

I've been interested in buying one of these for a while, but of course they 
aren't
cheap.  Anybody have experience with "Creader" the $50 cheapy?  I don't need
the best one out there, but don't want junk, since my truck, sister's GTI 
and wife's
Neons all are OBD-II.  Would appreciate any input, especially experienced 
input.
