Cincy Madness! - twin delays

after much planning/organizing/designing/spending, it looks like im gonna
fall short in the $$ department to complete the twin in time for this June.
This is mostly due to having to divert cash to the Rieger wheel restoration
and also some that went towards the Jetta (both our daily drivers). There is
a slight chance i can pull it off before waterfest, but its slim. Work will
go slow until october, when i get the yearly bonus, then i'll be cooking, as
the drop-dead date is early 2004, when i will be done with shore duty and
transfer, most likely back to kings bay, GA. This makes the twins appearance
at cincy '04 a complete toss-up, since i may be underwater at the time.
