As in Water Wetter.

Is it really? Or is it thought of as belonging to a long list of snake
oil products.  The reason I ask, not that I doubt _YOU_ specifically,
is that reputable people, folks I trust otherwise have used it with
success.

I don't use it, or haven't yet but haven't felt the need to, not that
I don't believe it's useful.
