self adjusting clutch cable II

Ok, now I have sources for the cable and the prices have all been the same,
right at $50.  So now my next question, any reason one of those wouldn't
work on an 8v?  Cause if they can, my wife will want one for the cabby and I
wouldn't be able to argue with her on that.  So what say you all, will it
work?
