OMG! I've seen it all now!

Something about the engine not being under load I think. It's been awhile since I raced R/C cars but I remember that you were never supposed to run the nitro ones on a work bench because not having the car under some load could cause engine damage.

harm?

I saw that a few weeks ago. That kinda throws the "Nver engage the trans
while car is running on jack stands. There will be alot of injuries from
this product. Neat idea but a little scary. Think of all the people who
will leave them on after treating the rotors.

I'm sitting here watching speedvision and I can't believe the commercial I
just saw.

"Change your own brakes? You only done half the job! You need to resurface
your rotors too. But wait! Don't take them off, use Brake-Tru!" Basically
abrasive brake pads! Put them on your car with the drive wheels in the air,
stand on the brakes and hit the gas! (image of wildly smoking and spinning
brake rotor).

I truly have seen it all now!
