CIS-E-need part(running problems)

well, my mechanic and I seem to have found the running prob on the 
'rocco...at least...we think...you never know with these damn things....We 
think that the airflow sensor plate went bad...you know, the one the 
potentiometer is plugged into? So, I'm on the lookout for ANY of these from a 
16v VW...'Rocco or GTI...please help before I fry my cat from running rich 
and dumping fuel into it...I'll even buy the whole middle airbox...
