You could always "wash" the title to remove the salvage/reconstruction
part, but it will always show up on a title search like car fax as
either a problem title or a salvage title.

I don't know why you would want to go through the trouble of washing
it unless it was (and still is) stolen and you want to resell it
(fraudulently) as if nothing was wrong with it.
