Is it the belt that is now squealing? Check it if not the internal bearing
or a vain that is bad.

On a jumpy tach it could be a bad ground, contact or your ICM going out.
mine jumps a little to only at idle and it is probably my ICM.

Theed speedo needle jumping is prodably a dry speedo cable, lube it with
silicone cable lube.

On the seat find a good passemger side and tranfer all components need to
the driverside.
