CIS-E in a 79?

Sorry, let me clear it up- newbie mistake. The car now has a 1.6. I have a
1.8 RD block with G-grind and head to go in it's place. This is what I was
kinda thinking,
If I use the RD block, a KS ignition would be a good idea.

The injection on the car now is kinda stopped up, so if I change the inj I
should go with the thin rim air flow plate and Lambda fuel distributor. I
would like on O2 sensor on the car anyway. All of which I can get from my 84
GTi.
I could then capitalize on the electronic ignition, the car is currently
points distro.
All of the parts I will need are readily available at the local yards, and
pretty cheap.
Another couple reasons, as much a positive side effects are:
The weight on the front will be more balanced.
The air intake will be easier than on the driver's side of the engine
compartment.
I can use the A2 intake manifold and TB with relative ease.
Thanks for the time guys
Jeff
