Ideas needed - speaker hole covers.

The PO of my car decided to cut holes for a 2" tweeter into each of my otherwise PERFECT door panels (grrr...).  To add insult to injury, he used a home made bracket to hold them down, so there's 4 screw holes around the perimeter.  Any ideas as to what would cover this up and look nice?  Are there any REAL square brackets for tweeters that might work?  Thanks!
