Use pins labeled 15 and R (look way down inside the connector for the labels).
Pins are arranged thus:

- *
The '*' are the ones you want. Top one is 15, bottom is R.

I have a seal remover tool, basically a flat prybar with hooks. A screwdriver will do though.
Oil the new one, press it in with your fingers and use something flat-faced to gently tap it home.

Could be a bad wheel bearing, prolly left.
