16V Cam Chain

Rough calculation indicates this much slack represents ~2 degrees of
mistiming of the intake cam relative to the exhaust cam.
So the intake cam can oscillate between +/- 2 degrees from correct position.
Personally, even though I can find no spec, I think it's too much and would
replace it.
