Will PB Blaster or WD-40 negatively impact a cylinder bore?

wd is good to protect the bores over time.

I'm going to be cracking into my stuck ABA soon and since I won't have the
head on it, I was wondering if I could use any of the known
"break-free"/penetrating lubes to assist loosening the pistons from the
cylinder bores without harming any internals.

My hope is to not have to rebuild the block if at all possible.
