major running problem with CIS-E

I have a Scirocco 16v and I have a MAJOR engine problem.  When I drive it
I the early morning its works perfectly fine.  But when I got o drive it
in the after noon when the sun comes out and its hot out it acts crazy. 
When I driving at 2-3000 RPM it experiences a major fuel or ignition cut
for about 5 seconds then returns to normal.  It?s major where as though
during the 5 seconds if I push on the gas it does nothing (won't rev or
anything).  I recently filled my car with gas and it was acting fine the
night after the morning after.  Then thins problem came up.  Also when I
come from a light and push on the gas to go it just stalls out.  I have
to restart and pump the gas a little to get going.  I looked at my FPR on
the CIS-E and when I rev the motor I can feel no vacuum.  Is thins
normal?  If any one knows what the problem may be please reply.
