[mk2] What are correct tire pressures for a late 8v?

My Rocc came with factory 13" tarantulas but I promptly upgraded to 
14" (tire = 185/60/R14) GTi/snowflake/Avus wheels.

I think all late 8v's came with 14" wheels, right (hopefully weight 
did not increase that much)? Can anyone with one of those tell me the 
correct tires pressures for half and full load for front and rear? I 
don't have a Bentley handy...
