Tires, cheap, 205/40/16...

Yeah, those three words don't really fit well together, but I am in need of what the title describes, and very desperately at that. One of my front Nitto's is leaking profusely, and one of the Dunlops that was on during the wreck apparently doesn't hold air anymore. 

So far I've foudn the Yoka Avid H4 and the Falken Zeix 512 both for roughly $65 or less (onlinetires.com). I was going to get the Kumho 712's, but local Discount tire wants $117 each w/ mount, balance, valve stem (don't need), and road hazard. 

Opinions? Please present them.
