Replaced cap, car runs on 2 cyls

Well, the cap had a crack in it so i decided to replace it.

I get everything snapped back together and for some stupid reason, the 
car is only running on cyls 3 & 4, closest to the belts. i put the old 
cap on and its the same. The plugs are all getting spark and the wires 
are fine...why is she doing this to me???
