No, actually it does not.

The JH uses CIS-K lambda injection, the PL(16V) used CIS-E.

The K-jet box controls a frequency valve that varies control pressure on 
the fuel distributor via input from the O2 sensor.  It has a full throttle 
switch to enrichen the mixture at WOT, but has no idle switch like the 
CIS-E system.
