resuming work on the twin

ok, i'll be blowing the dust off of the old webcam and getting my ass back
to work on the twin. i still have to wait on some of the necessary parts
(due to lack of fundage), but i will be doing a bunch more cutting and stuff
on the frame, in preparation for the materials when they arrive.

does anyone have experience working with 4130 alloy tubing? i've been
considering using this instead of mild steel.
