Try using one of those reverse-threaded broken ----- removers (If there's a
name for them, it escapes me right now.) You probably won't even have to
drill it because it's an allen -----. Screws and bolts that anchor into
aluminum parts seize a lot because the aluminum expands so easily (i.e.
exhaust studs) but you can use this to your advantage. Get a butane/propane
torch or something similar, and heat up the manifold where the TB -----
threads in, and the manifold should expand enough for you to break the -----
free.
