Scirocco Resource Database - Add yours Today

umm, there is already a registry, and brett is trying to move it to
scirocco.org (as it has more than 50 entries i think).
it can be found here:
http://www.neojedi.com/dublife/yausoroti/results.php
just seems silly to have to duplicate another registry.
