No, the ABA fuel rail won't fit a 16v. You will need a custom rail both
for spacing and fitment over the intake runners. Try

adapter to use a stock bosch fuel pressure regulator.
With that regulator you don't need to do anything to your fuel system to
regulate pressure......because that's what an FPR is for :-)
If you told us what your goals were with the motor, I'm sure the
injector brain trust can help.
Remember though, 310 cc injectors will support 300HP at 100% duty cycle
and 45psi (not recommended but thoroughly tested on a 1.8t motor).
