Most the parts you need to put 16v Motronic on your motor. Harness is missing 
ignition distributor plug. Does NOT come with knock sensors or O2 sensor.

ECU
fuel distibutor
2 coils with exiter
plug wire sensor
idle stabiizer 
Passat harness
injectors
Maybe more I am working from memory so just ask
