I just used Dependable Auto Shippers to send a car from West Palm Beach to
Pittsburgh ($609.)
They have online tracking, and the transport went without a hitch --
everyone I dealt with was very professional, courteous, and knew their
sh*t. They were also the cheapest quote I got, and were one of only a few
places that were open on Saturdays (I decided Friday night at 2am that I
wanted to ship the car instead of driving it).
They were a bit vague with the estimated delivery date because I shipped
mine over the Thanksgiving holiday. They estimated "around" 5-7 business
days... and the car arrived 9 days later (6 business days). It sat at the
drop-off location for about 7 days, but once it got moving, it shot up the
coast.
I'd recommend them without any hesitation -- but as always,
YMMV. Accidents do happen, and things get delayed. They have a great
reputation, though, and they're the official car transporter of eBay. And
they're located in NJ and Texas - perfect for you, no?

I dealt with Brent, he was great: (800) 726-2693 x116
I begged and got a little bit of a discount -- tell him that I sent you,
and maybe he'll be able to give you one as well. My order number was 657795.
Good luck!
