Inner wheel wells, and things

Ok, so I'm not going to pull them out cause its pointless basically, =
but what about my rubbing problem? Could it be in the tie rods =
somewhere?=20
I will be in the garage with it this weekend to look at it so any help =
before then would be great but if I need to inspect it for the problem =
more I can do it then.
