A2 GLI - what's it worth and who wants it?

'88 16V GLI, Tornado red, ~175,000 miles.  My brother Mike's (Cheapass
Mike) (well, not really).

What doesn't work:
-odo
-A/C has leak but works when charged
-Power windows on drivers side
-headliner falling
-Fuba

Other:
-valves getting a little rattly, starting to smoke on startup
-needs exhaust.  My dumb brother trusted Midas once.
-been hit in the rear, repaired with new paint all over (5 yrs ago,
relatively few miles since).  Leak in rear drivers door in hard rain.
-Drivers recaro worn on outboard side
-orig clutch in good shape, no slipping.
-Front susp needs strut bearings, maybe strut inserts.
-All else in good overall condition, car was maintained pretty well but
has been sitting a lot since he got a company car ~4 yrs ago.  Since
then, 60/40 garage/outside.
