Quite to Kevin's point, check out the specs on Bill Shook's car which is
leading the voting right now. It has a stock engine, stock exhaust, horribly
mismatched wheels/tires, body kit, stock stereo, a fashionable coilover
suspension (i.e. no thought/just apply credit card), and some standard
interior upgrades. WTF is that????

That's really sad commentary, folks.

Why bother?  Some A4 with 19" 35-lb wheels, $10k in DVD, playstation,
and other assorted ICE that has no biz even being in a car is gonna win
anyways.. and this "win" will be a dubious distinction, particularly for
anyone that likes old school like 100% of us do.
