[kinda OT] opinions on Mechanix gloves
This is exactly what I do. I use the Nitrile gloves since they are tougher
and after using latex for years I have developed an allergy to it. Once in
a while I won't where gloves but for the most part I will because of the
"clean" factor and because dirty oils and grease is carcinogenic.

i always keep a bag/box of surgical gloves in the garage. i'm not so worried
about the cuts, but when working with moly/grime/etc, nothing beats the
ability to just fling off the gloves and walk away clean.

After a new round of cuts yesterday, I've finally decided to treat my
hands to a pair of Mechanix gloves. I was just wondering if you guys had
experience with them, I'm mainly wondering if it's worth to spend the extra
$10 for the gel-packed ones. Thanks-
Rob
