See, the funny thing is, we have a 1/4 mile track not 30 minutes north =
of
SD. Why these kids dont and wont use whats available to them is beyond
me.=20
The city of SD just enacted a new law that basically says that if you =
are
caught watching an illegal street race, you will be heavily fined, =
your
car will be impounded for 60 days in which you will pay another $1000
fine + storage fees just for the car. Thats how they plan on taking =
care
of the street racing in SD.=20
