New England machine shop

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know of a machine shop in the new england
area?  I am looking for someone that has a torque
plate to bore my block.  Does anyone know about
shine's machine work?  I've heard some stories, some
good & some bad...Going in the block are some JE's &
its for forced induction with lots of boost.
