Don't worry about the rusty bolts just take a good hammer and safety glasses
under with you and start at the back and beat the crap out of it (trying not
to dent) and there you go a "high flow" cat adn no need to worry when
inspection hits. And of course lots less $$$$! ;-P
I honestly dont know if it wouold work but in theory it sounds good!!
