FS: (again) 16 upper strut bar

<DIV>Once again the bar is an un-marked used 16v bar possibly an older neuspeed creation. It's black with some paint missing and a few spots of surface rust. I'm deffinatlely into trading, especialy with people in the ohio area since eliminating shipping is a good thing.</DIV>
