Today, during our RITF cruise (had a blast - the cabby actually held it's own with its stock suspension  :)  my accelerator bushing decided to take a dump on me toward the end. Managed to get home alright although the damn cable decided to slip out again while I was mid-span on the Golden Gate Bridge!...that was fun....

Luckily, I had ordered a new one months back for the 16v. I installed it once I got home and I cannot believe the difference! WOT is something I had yet to see on this car and I must say I was surprised.

I would recommend that EVERYONE go out and get a new accelerator cable bushing!  :)
