Need answers for engine upgrade.

Ok im doing up my engine and got some questions. I dont know that much so 
thats why these may seem a little dumb.:P I have a 2.0l 16v engine.

Where can I get a 50mm intake manifold? The 1.8L head that I want to put on, 
I can just get from a 1.8L scirocco and it bolts right up right? What is a 
.040 Overbore? I have heard of this and just wonder how its done and what it 
is. Do I have to get new pistons, and anything else if I do this?
