new suspension options?

i'm still toying around with changing my suspension (the shine stuff feels
too soft with the bilsteins). seeing that my bilstein sport strut wasn't
blown, as i thought, i now have a few options that i'm looking at:
1. h/r coilovers. i love how these feel on cathy's car. $$$ is the obvious
issue here. plus, i don't really need the coilovers; i'm just after similar
ride quality/characteristics
2. h/r cups: potterman said these are a little softer, but close to the
coilovers.
3. h/r race springs/bilstein sports: this would be cheapest, since i already
have the shocks. i'm guessing this would be firmer than the cups.
currently running shine springs, 200# front/100# rear. if i change, i guess
i'll also need a front sway, since the spring rates (i believe) are the same
at all 4 corners. current setup is very neutral, and i think good for autox,
but i just want a firmer/flatter/more responsive feel. any suggestions on
front sways? i'm currently running with the shine rear bar that cheapass ron
copied, and don't see a real reason to change it, though i'm not sure how
the shine bar compares to the traditional bars in terms of roll resistence;
ie, do i need a bigger/smaller front sway than usual to maintain neutrality?
thanks,
