205/45/16 what offset should I get

My suspension setup is bilstein sports w/ H&R sports.  I have a couple of
questions for anyone running 16X7 rims.
I am going to be getting 16X7 BBS rk's(15.4lbs a piece :)) here in the nere
future with yokohama avs es100 in a 205/45/16:
What offset should I get to avoid rubbing?
Are BBS rims hubcentric?

after the recent discussion about adapters and crap I just want to make sure
they are hubcentric to avoid future problems.
